This course is designed for Raw Beginners. Giving you the basic info to have a consistent home practice or prepare you for a in person or live-stream yoga class.
Each day for 30 days you will receive a short 5-10 min video of the exercise and breath awareness of the day. Each class is building on each other and ends the month with 2 daily home practices to continue on with as a daily practice
This series is designed to work your whole body. Each day you will receive a 15-30 min yoga practice. Each one building on the next. At the end of the month repeat the series or try one of the other Yoga Challenges or Yoga Bundles that I offer.
In this series we will explore mobility and strength of the Upper body. With focus to shoulders, upper back and neck. Each day you will receive a class that is 15-30 min in length. At the end of the course feel free to repeat or try one of my other Yoga Challenges or Yoga Bundles.
This month we will focus on the Hamstrings. Each day you will receive a yoga practice. Over the course of the month we will target the hamstrings from many different angles. Consistency is the key to success with hamstrings. Keep at it and they will get more flexible.
This series is supporting your cultivating a Home practice. Are you a morning person or an evening person? This month will offer you the opportunity to deep dive into your practice and see what time of the day works best for you to be consistent with a practice. You will get 15 days of Morning classes followed by 15 days of evening classes. Each class will be around 10 min in length to make it very easy to create a routine.
